How to request a refund
- Email support@wpalemi.com with:
- Your account email
- Your license key (from /account)
- Brief reason (optional, but helps us improve)
- We process the refund through Polar.sh within 3-5 business days
- Your license is deactivated; continued use of the Pro features requires a new subscription
Refund window
- Monthly subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase
- Yearly subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of initial purchase or renewal
- Renewals after 14 days: Not refundable (but you can cancel to prevent the next renewal)
Partial refunds
We do not offer partial refunds for unused months on yearly plans. Cancel anytime to prevent the next billing cycle.
Disputed charges
If you dispute a charge with your bank, please contact us first — we can usually resolve issues faster than a chargeback process.
Refund method
Refunds go to the original payment method (card or bank) via Polar.sh + Stripe. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 5-10 business days).
