1. Agreement
By using wpalemi.com and purchasing our plugins, you agree to these Terms.
2. License (plugin license)
When you purchase a Pro subscription:
- You receive a license key valid for 1 production site
- The license covers updates and support for the duration of the subscription
- You may modify the plugin code for your own use
- You may NOT redistribute the plugin as-is to third parties
Foundation code (non-Pro features) is available under MIT license.
3. Subscription & billing
- Subscriptions are processed by Polar.sh (Merchant of Record)
- Billing currency: USD (Polar handles local conversion where applicable)
- Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled
- You can cancel anytime via your /account page or the Polar customer portal
4. Refunds
14-day money-back guarantee. Contact support@wpalemi.com within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed through Polar.
5. Service availability
- We provide the service “as is”
- Target uptime: 99.5% monthly (license server)
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced 24 hours in advance
- We are not liable for downtime of third-party services (Polar, Stripe, your hosting)
6. Customer responsibilities
- Keep your account credentials secure
- Use the plugin on licensed sites only
- Comply with applicable laws
- Do not attempt to bypass license validation
7. Termination
We may terminate accounts that violate these Terms (after written notice for curable violations). You may terminate by cancelling your subscription.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. For EU customers, statutory consumer rights apply.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email 30 days in advance.
