1. License Grant

Each license covers a single WordPress installation. You may not transfer, sublicense, or resell your license key. Installation on staging environments (non-public) is permitted.

2. Subscription

Pro licenses are billed monthly or annually via Polar.sh. Your license remains active for the duration of your paid subscription. After cancellation, a 7-day grace period applies before Pro features are disabled. Your data is never deleted.

3. Updates

Active subscribers receive plugin updates automatically via the WordPress admin. Updates are provided as long as your subscription is active.

4. Service Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing or features with 30 days’ notice. Existing subscribers are grandfathered at their current rate for the remainder of their billing period.

5. Limitation of Liability

WP Alemi plugins are provided “as is”. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our software beyond the amount paid for the license in the last 12 months.
